Dunn's of Crouch End is owned by Christopher Freeman and his wife Christina. Christopher is a fifth generation baker. His great-great-Grandfather Robert Freeman came down from Brackley, Northamptonshire in 1820 on a hay wagon and started work as a baker in South Grove, Highgate.
St Valentines Day
On February 14th give your loved one a Dunn's treat to show just how much you care.
What about treating them breakfast in bed with some of our delicious croissants or danish pastries. Why stop there? What about whisking them off for a romantic winter picnic with a hamper full of our savouries, filled rolls and sandwiches.
For the sweet-toothed romantics there are special valentine goodies; gingerbread treats and iced cakes!! Don't forget Valentines isn't just for lovers - it's an opportunity to show how much you care. What about giving poor old Mum a valentine's treat to show her how much you love her!!
Making Baking History…
Dunn’s Bakery was first established in Highgate way back in 1820. That makes us one of the longest-running bakers in North London.
