Christmas Cake
Our rich moist mixture of cherries,
sultanas and currants covered all over in top quality soft
almond marzipan and hand-decorated with a choice of royal
icing or sugar-paste.
A 6 inch cake will give approximately 16 portions, 7 inch will give 20
portions and an 8 inch cake will cut into approximately 30 portions. Larger
sizes are available to order.

Traditional Luxury
Dundee Cake
Festive fruit with fresh orange and tangy lemon. Hand decorated
with split almonds. Prices from £11 for a 6 inch cake which

Malt Whisky Dundee
Medium fruited with currants, sultanas, cherries and raisins. Flavoured
with fresh oranges and lemons and Malt Scotch Whisky. Hand decorated
with split almonds.

A lightly fruited Dundee cake with juicy 5 crown Australian sultanas

Christmas Pudding
The recipe for Dunn's traditional Christmas
pudding has been handed down through the family. The very best currants,
raisins, sultanas and mixed peel are used and the flavour is enhanced
by real lemons and spices.
Ale and brandy are liberally added to make Dunn's traditional Christmas
puddings the very best that money can buy. Our puddings are wrapped
in muslin, decorated and presented in a high quality white china
bowl. The enormous 4lb pudding feeds 16 and looks magnificent when
flamed. Our puddings are suitable for vegetarians and do not contain
nuts.

Our mince pies are packed with our homemade
