It’s March and there is a distinctly spring feeling here in dunn’s bakery. Neil our cake decorator is busy preparing the chocolate ofr our Easter Bunnies. This is Neil’s first easter with us. Neil’s background is in patisserie and Confectionery. Neil says that it was the opportunity to work in a traditional craft bakery that bought him to Dunn’s. “it is being able to work from start to finish with the raw ingredients and seeing your products on display that really is a thrill for me, there are not many Craft Bakeries left in London”.
As well as easter bunnies there are ouir cute Lanms and chicks and cockerells. All made with white and milk belgian chocolate and hand crafted here in Crouch End. Our Easter Chochlates will soon be available in Dunn’s Bakery very soon – a fun alternative to a boxed egg!
Sourdough Bread
Our customers ask and it shall be done! That’s why Dunn’s Craft Bakery is so unique – we can respond to what our customers want . This bread is a traditonal leaved bread . It contains a starter instead of yeast which gives the bread a unique taste. Each sourdough loaf is different based upon the environment it is made in. Ours is made from both white and rye flour giving it a distinctly nutty taste .

Making Baking History…
Dunn’s Bakery was first established in Highgate way back in 1820. That makes us one of the longest-running bakers in North London.
Fresh and Local Ingredients
For a long time now we have strived to supply our customers with products that are made with ingredients sourced locally.
