Lewis Freeman apprentice Baker at Dunn’s Bakery  won the prize for the Small white loaf catagory  with his coburg loaf at Bakers fair on 10th April.

Bakers’ Fair Spring  was a great success, with a huge numbers of visitors travelling from across the country to make the trip to Newbury Racecourse.

The event attracted hundreds of bakers from all over the UK  – eager to pick up information on the latest products, trends and innovations.

Linda Lusardi received a warm welcome from both visitors and exhibitors, before she took to the stage to announce the winners of the National Association of Master Bakers’ Bakery Competitions.
